Event & Training Registration

Event / Training Registration Instructions

Select a training or event you wish to register for and write down the Training/Event name and date.

 

To Register Online:

Online Registration is temporarily unavailable. Thank you for your patience.

  1. Click the Event/Training Registration link below.
  2. Select the type of event you are registering for (i.e. Adult Training or Program Event).
  3. Select the month for the event/training you desire and click “Go”.
  4. Click on the name of the event/training on the day you wish to attend.
  5. Choose troop registration or individual registration.
  6. Complete the registration form completely, using the name under which you registered as a Girl Scout member, (i.e. Elizabeth vs. Liz).

    NOTE: If you are registering as a Juliette/Individual girl, an attending adult is required to participate with the girl in a program event. Attending adults need only be registered and charged once.

  7. Fill out the Payment Information completely. We accept VISA or MasterCard only. Your card will be charged the next business day after we receive your registration.
  8. A confirmation screen will tell you that your request has been entered into the system. You will receive a separate confirmation letter (either in the mail or via email – your choice) informing you of your registration status and any other information you will need.
  9. You cannot register additional attendees or remove attendees online! To change the number attending you must call the Events Registrar

Incomplete forms or forms without payment enclosed will not be processed.

 

"Register By" Date...

...is the date a program or training will be cancelled if the minimum attendance requirements are not met. Registrations may still be accepted after this date if the minimum attendance has been met and space is still available.

Waiting Lists...

...are maintained for all full programs; notify us immediately if registration numbers change, in order to make use of space available.

Fees

Payment in full is due with your registration. Fees may be paid with VISA, MasterCard, check (made payable to Girl Scouts – Columbia River Council) or money orders.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via mail or email (your choice). This letter will include important information about the event location, equipment required, etc. Please retain this letter for reference.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel your event registration as soon as you know you cannot attend. Organizations that we partner with need prior notification to prepare for the accurate number of participants attending.

REFUNDS will not be given unless the event is cancelled by the Columbia River Council office. There will be a $2.50 fee for cancellation of any event/training. CREDIT will be issued to participants that cancel an event registration in writing, 5 or more business days prior to the event. This credit can be used for any Council event, program or training of your choice. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date the original payment was received.
